RV Sites​

Please know that we are not an RV park, nor do we want to be.   We have only three guest sites available.  This is intentional because we want your experience to be focused on the beauty of the ranch.  The sites are flat and relatively private.  Each site is 26x80 (easy pull through) with individual access to power (50 amp, 30 amp and 110 outlet) and water.  There is common area that includes a large firepit, picnic table and charcoal grill for you enjoyment.   You also have immediate access to a septic system station next to the sites, at your convenience.

RV sites are booked separately from the house.  The sites are located several hundred feet from the house.  Close enough for convenience.  Far away enough for privacy.

As you know already, the Scott ranch is a working ranch.  The lower corridor -- beyond the trees in the photo above -- of the ranch will have cattle grazing for several weeks out of the year.  (Calving season is adorable!)  For insurance reasons, guest access to the lower pastures and river corridor -- including fishing access -- is only allowed through a separate reservation.  If you are interested in accessing the grazing corridor, for example to flyfish our gold medal waters on the river, please inquire.
