The House

​

The house sits atop the highest point of the ranch with breathtaking views of the San Juan Valley.  It has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and has fast and reliable WiFi.  The basement boasts two bedrooms and a walk out deck with a covered porch and an open air fire pit.  The first floor includes a custom kitchen, breakfast nook, large deck, dining room and living room with a thirty foot vaulted ceiling.   Upstairs is beautiful library with large windows overlooking the ranch and a master bedroom with a steam shower bath.  The house comfortably sleeps 6 adults and many more depending on your comfort level with children, bunk beds and chaos.

The ranch and RV sites are pet friendly but the house is not pet friendly.  Our apologies.

You have the option of booking the house, rv sites, access to the river corridor or the whole ranch.  We recommend the latter.  Links are provider below.
